GMV. They combine advanced ecommerce technology and a desire to solve online
seller problems to help entrepreneurs build and scale profitable companies.

We
are looking for a new addition to the team. As a
Manager, People Operations / Human Resources you will need to be financially focused and provide progressive support and internal
consultation to the company. In this role, you will report to the CEO and CFO
and help to align corporate initiatives within the company. We are looking for a "change agent," someone that is cutting edge and vibrant. Someone that doesn't need to be told what to do but someone knows what to do. Responsibilities
will include but are not limited to: employee relations,
onboarding/terminations, learning and development, and overall people strategy
to ensure best-of-class delivery in hiring, onboarding, developing, motivating
and retaining employees as well as processing payroll, reviewing expense reports, and performing tasks like wage analysis, etc.
