Position Overview: We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager with expertise in environmental and demolition contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of environmental and demolition projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate project progress, address client concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Proactively address challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track.
Budget and Cost Control:
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Environmental Compliance:
Ensure all environmental regulations and guidelines are followed throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with environmental consultants and regulatory agencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in environmental and demolition contracting.
Strong Project Management skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
Strong Analysis and critical thinking, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
