Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an HVAC License Holder and Project Manager/Engineer/Salesperson. In this multifaceted role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HVAC projects, overseeing engineering aspects, and driving sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical expertise.
2. Engineering:
- Design HVAC systems that meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Perform engineering calculations and analysis for heating and cooling systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions.
3. Sales:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC installations and services.
- Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and budget constraints.
4. Licensing:
- Hold and maintain an HVAC license in accordance with state regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid HVAC license.
- Proven experience in project management, engineering, and sales within the HVAC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Location:
The role is based in New Paltz, NY, and may require travel to project sites within the surrounding areas.
