Description
The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through phone and email communication, meeting with potential clients to discuss mortgage options, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, and collaborating with other team members to meet sales targets. Remote work is acceptable once the Sales Associate has been trained and started to generate a portfolio.
Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the mortgage industry
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
· Knowledge of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations is a plus
· Fluency in a second language is a plus
