Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join their growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the client base of funeral homes and driving distribution of the service and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of the services and solutions you offer.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying potential leads and opportunities within the funeral home market.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and understanding their unique requirements.

3. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our client's solutions for new clients.

4. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

6. Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics within the CRM.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the financial or estate settlement industry and or services sales into Funeral Homes.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

3. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
