Digital Marketing
platform that offers social media campaigns, consumer insights, Rewards and
loyalty Programs. We are looking for a Director of Sales or as they call it
Director of Business Development who can sell a marketing platform direct into National
Brands and Agencies.

Position Overview:

Have you been in client
facing roles in the advertising/marketing industry? We need someone who is willing
to work toward an annual quota and appreciates being rewarded for the clients
they deliver. Do you want to join a positive, fun organization? Do you
want to sell more than standard digital marketing?

The ideal candidate will be
part hunter, part consultant, and part strategist. Prospects consist of direct
brands, promotional agencies, traditional ad agencies, and digital shops.
Candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for digital marketing
and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Position
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for prospecting a
    range of targets to open new doors and drive pipeline and sales
    growth to meet monthly sales targets
  • Performing all aspects of the
    sales cycle, identifying, qualifying, negotiation and driving new and
    existing customers to close business, including coordination of internal
    resources to meet customers’ needs and timelines
  • Ability to consult with clients
    on promotional solutions based on business goals and objectives
  • Create and present proposals;
    manage the sales process from proposal through sale and post-analysis
  • Maintain working knowledge of
    products, industry trends, competitive set, the promotion industry and
    online advertising research

Desired Skills and
Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience selling; digital or
    loyalty or marketing services highly preferred
  • A hunter mentality with a passion
    for closing a high volume of opportunities
  • Ability to confidently understand
    and present complex solutions to high-level marketing executives
  • Excellent organization,
    initiative, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Self-confident, high energy,
    self-motivated, and a quick thinker willing to work remotely and travel
    from time to time.
