President Digital
Our client is looking for A
Senior Vice President, Digital as a key member of the leadership team and
primary creator and leader of our digital customer experience. They are a curated “one-of-a-kind” design for the last 100+ years.
Their primary focus is around high-quality collections and craftsmanship and
they offer a selection of sustainable furniture, rugs & decor.
As a senior executive and leader,
this person will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The SVP will drive the
development and management of our eCommerce platform and in-store digital
customer experience. The leader will closely partner with key members of
merchandising, marketing, and stores to build a dynamic, growing, and
profitable retail and hospitality business.
Goals
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop digital product strategy,
roadmap, and work plans to execute an innovative and differentiated consumer
experience across all touchpoints
·
Build engineering, UX, and
eCommerce operations teams to fully concept, develop, launch, and refine
digital products. Create a dynamic, high-performance digital culture to
attract, retain and motivate talent
·
Align digital strategy and
collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and store functions to deliver
profitable and sustainable growth
·
Develop, implement, and manage
KPIs for building a vibrant digital business in partnership with planning and
finance teams
·
Ensure brand experience and
consistency in all digital products from planning through design, build, test,
and launch phases
·
Develop and manage strategic
partner and outsourcing relationships to efficiently and effectively launch and
scale solutions
·
Deliver superior user-focused
digital products to drive business growth
