Head of Payment Gateway Partnership Strategy

Head of Payment Gateway Partnership Growth Strategy is tasked with growing Payment processing partnerships and increasing revenue run through the partnership.

 

Responsibilities

Roadmap activation - Lead the adoption and activation and delivery roadmaps in the Americas region, redefining customer convenience through the digitalization of sales and leveraging new technology.

Calendar planning - Drive regional/market level digital and delivery marketing calendars, providing consultation across the marketing mix and developing a consumer path to purchase plan.

Growth - Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and coaching to continually drive increased sales and profitability. Partner with teams to actively share best practices and synergies across brands/markets (packaging, playbooks, and partnerships)

Relationship management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and participate in regional and cross functional planning meetings. Furthermore, as a conduit for the payments platform team to the internal business function stakeholders (i.e., IT, Brand Marketing, Delivery Leads, Insights & Analytics, Legal).

Campaign reporting - Measure and report performance of all delivery and digital marketing campaigns against KPIs to determine ROI. Working with Insights and Analytics, Consumer Insights and Field Marketing teams to transform the data into insights, use cases and a narrative that translates into growth, inform future strategy and opportunities.

Innovation - Identify new trends and insights in the digital and delivery space that meet consumer, and brand fit expectations (e.g., strategy, delivery, adoption, etc.).

Business reporting – Develop, execute, and deliver reports based on channel business requirements. Evaluate end-to-end delivery and partner experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Define, manage, and create content for routine internal and external reporting presentations, including QBR's, annual planning and meetings.

Best practices sharing - Share best practices and case studies across markets and with the team.
