We are looking to add a full cycle recruiter to our team. This position is one that will be mentored and managed by the founder (Justin Kane). Woodbridge World Wide provides retained, contingency and priority search services for all client-facing positions in Marketing Technology. 

What you will do: 

1. Build a desk (this means that you will build a business under the Woodbridge World Wide umbrella) Be your own entrepreneur!

2. Learn the recruiting industry by being on the phone

3. Develop new client company relationships

4. Recruit candidates for the open positions that you generate with the new client relationships.

5. Run both sides of the recruiting process (client and candidate) and walk both sides of the hiring process through the hiring cycle.

6. All of this needs to be done while paying close attention to detail and asking the right questions.
As a recruiter, you will make over $60,000.00 in your first year if you are able to crank out calls and follow direction. Once you are up and running this is a position eligible for work from home. There are over 7000 new client opportunities in the space we cover alone. If each company was hiring 10 people there would be 70,000 hires to make in our space alone.
