Director of Agency and Restaurant Brand Team

In this role,
you'll lead a growing sales team responsible for acquiring new business, as
well as continuing to grow our already established relationships with some of
our largest brand and retail customers. You will lead teams in several key
verticals including: Retail, Telecom, and a priority focus on Restaurants. This
position reports to the Vice President, Retail and Brand Solutions.


What we are looking for:

  • 10+ years of sales experience
    with demonstrated success leading high performing sales and account
    management organizations
  • Deep experience in restaurant
    vertical, B2C, digital advertising, and mobile
  • Proven track record
    developing and selling in digital marketing/advertising solutions to
    agencies and restaurant client-direct and delivering significant revenue
    growth
  • Excellent track record
    attracting, retaining and developing high-performing sales talent
  • Ability to quickly scale
    organization to support a fast-growing business and new initiatives
  • Collaborative and engaging
    leader that motivates and coaches’ teams to deliver goals in a very
    dynamic environment
  • Strong ability to partner
    cross-functionally with internal partners to represent the restaurant and
    agency
  • Strategic thinker with the
    ability to demonstrate market knowledge and partner feedback to improve
    retail service and product offerings
  • Polished, engaging and
    persuasive communicator with strong executive presence
  • Structured problem solver
    with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent operator that can
    direct strategic planning, forecasting and crisp execution


What a person in this position will do:

  • You'll build and strengthen
    relationships with the company’s top customers and prospects
  • You'll attract, lead and
    develop an all-star sales team responsible for driving revenue growth
    through prospecting, upselling existing accounts and continuously
    optimizing our business partnerships
  • You'll deliver top line
    revenue growth and sales targets through an innovative multi-channel
    product and service offering
  • You'll work closely with
    Product and Marketing teams to guide our restaurants and in-store roadmap
    based on client direct and agency retailer feedback
  • You'll strengthen the retail
    value proposition across multiple verticals
  • You'll expand and evolve
    operating model to support growing organization and new product/business
    initiatives
